Analytics
If you accept them on the published site, Google Analytics (G-G0SVLTN465) loads to see which pages are visited, and Microsoft Clarity loads for the heatmap and session recordings. On localhost these tags do not load, even if you press accept.
Advertising
If you accept them on the published site, the Google Ads tag (AW-16597661156) loads to see which ads bring a visit. On localhost no conversion is sent.
How to change your mind
Clear the site data in the browser and come back: the notice appears again. You can also block cookies from the browser settings.
